Baked Potatoes are also super easy in the crockpot!
After washing and poking the potatoes I just put them straight into the slow cooker. I know some people will wrap with tinfoil but I never do and they turn out great. You can fill the crockpot about 2/3 full with potatoes and cook on High 3-5 hours or on Low 6-10 hours.

First of all,I want to begin by saying, "I am NOT a great cook!" I use short-cuts and as few ingredients as possible and those ingredients are easily found at any local grocery store!
