Short-Cut Fondue Dip

2 Cans condensed cheese soup
2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in crockpot, cover & cook on Low 2-2 1/2 hours. Stir until smooth and well blended. Serve warm dip with celery sticks, cauliflower, broccoli, bread pieces or tortilla chips.
